Josiah T. MacQuarrie


Josiah's practice is dedicated exclusively to insurance litigation. His primary areas of practice include the defence of personal injury and property loss claims, insurance coverage litigation, and subrogation. He routinely represents insurers, their clients, and self-insured corporations in claims relating to general negligence, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability, product liablity and professional negligence.

Josiah obtained his law degree from Dalhousie Law School. Prior to law school, Josiah obtained a bachelor of arts from Mount Allison University, where he graduated with honours, and a master of arts from the University of Birmingham (U.K.), where he graduated with merit. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2010.
