Dana R. Spadafina


Dana joined Dutton Brock in 2009 after working for several years at another insurance defence firm in Toronto.

Dana practices in the area of insurance defence with an emphasis on first party accident benefit disputes and disputes between insurers regarding priority and loss transfer claims.

She represents insurers at all levels of Court in Ontario as well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Dana obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Toronto in 1999 and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 2003.

Dana was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
