Ranisha completed her articles with Dutton Brock and joined the firm as an Associate following her Call to the Bar in 2020. Ranisha continues to develop a broad practice in insurance defence litigation, with an emphasis on first party accident benefit disputes. She also practices in the areas of general negligence, coverage, product liability, commercial liability, occupier’s liability, and personal injury.
Ranisha attended the University of Waterloo and completed her Honours B.A in Legal Studies and Business, graduating on the Dean’s List. She subsequently obtained her J.D. from the University of Ottawa.
In addition to her legal studies, Ranisha studied classical piano and music theory under the Royal Conservatory of Music. She has performed at music festivals, venues, and classical music competitions, winning various accolades for her performances.
