Ray is a partner at Dutton Brock. His practice includes acting on behalf of defendants and plaintiffs in a wide variety of matters including automobile, general liability, occupiers' liability and professional liability.
Ray acts as a standing agent on behalf of the Federal Department of Justice for Departments including Public Works, Transport, Corrections, Environment and Defence. He has extensive trial experience throughout the province of Ontario.

Education
Ray received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from York University in 1980. He then graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law.
Ray was called to the Bar in 1985.
Lectures
Ray has taught Civil Procedure seminars at the Bar Admission Course through the Law Society of Upper Canada.
